This
is a caricature drawing of my niece Melissa and her partner Kendra
with their son Mason. They are always happy. They have great fun and
bring a smile wherever they go. I wanted to capture their rosy
cheeks. I am still working on getting the roundness of the cheeks
drawn just right. Each nose is a little different but, I think if I
drew Kendra's nose today I would make it less round and more straight.
This recognition only comes with many drawings. Kendra always has her
hair back while Melissa styles her hair. I might have put some bounce
in her hair next time. Overall it works.
Mason was fun for a small child. He is goofy and fun to be around. You never know just want he will be up too.
