Thirty Paintings in 30 Days- Day 9 Steampunk Victorian Collage

Victorian Collage began with pouring water onto the paper and adding color.  I used a black pen to draw the figures keeping an eye on the patter created during the pouring earlier.  I added the background green to set the figures in a room.   The process painting is also included so you can see the progress made.
